Since the main function of the panel layer is to serve as a logo and button, the selected material must have characteristics such as high transparency, high ink adhesion, high elasticity, and high toughness.

2. Surface adhesive layer

The main function of the surface adhesive is to tightly connect the panel layer with the circuit layer to achieve sealing and connection effects. This layer generally requires a thickness of 0.05-0.15mm, with high viscosity and anti-aging properties; In production, the special double-sided adhesive tape for Membrane switch is generally used. Some Membrane switch are required to be waterproof and high temperature resistant, so the adhesive tape must also be made of different materials according to needs.

3. Upper and lower control circuits

This layer uses high-performance polyester film (PET) as the carrier for switch circuit graphics, and is printed with conductive silver paste and conductive carbon paste using a special process to enhance its conductivity.

4. Adhesive layer

It is located between the upper and lower circuit layers and serves as a seal and connection. Generally, PET double-sided adhesive is used, with a thickness ranging from 0.05-0.2MM; When selecting this layer of material, full consideration should be given to the overall thickness, insulation, touch and sealing of the circuit key pack.

5. Back adhesive layer

The use of back glue is closely related to the material of the Membrane switch. Common double faced glue, 3M glue, waterproof glue, etc. are commonly used.
